The City of Tulare recognized every one of our clients that Volunteers at The Animal Shelter. They gave an amazing speech about our workers and the impact they have made on our community. Each one was awarded a certificate as well as SVS. Client’s family, friends and care providers attended. They were all so happy and proud of themselves. The officers came out and spoke to all the client’s and their families about their dedication to their job and how they’ve made an impact on others.
