Congratulations Jason Brown
After two years in Job Development, Jason began working at City Hall in July 2021 as an intern and was then brought on to work in the City Manager’s office as a file clerk. Unfortunately, the City Manager’s Office was running out of work and hours for Jason, but he was such a positive addition to City Hall that they did not want to let him go. The Parks and Recreation Department encouraged Jason to apply for a position with their REACH Program where he would be creating activities for other members of the community with Developmental Disabilities.
City of Rancho Palo Verdes Welcome Jason!

“Welcome Jason Brown! Please join us congratulating Jason Brown on his new position as Recreation Leader I in the Recreation Department!
Jason began his career path with RPV in 2021 as an intern in the City Manager’s Office and transitioned his internship to the City Clerk’s Office before he was hired in Recreation and Parks last month.
In his new role, Jason assists in developing and coordinating events and activities for participants in the City’s REACH Program, which serves the social and recreational needs of youths and adults with developmental disabilities.
We’re glad to have you back, Jason, and welcome to the team!”
